SHIPPING

All packages contain a tracking number. Once the shipment has left our warehouse you will be provided with the tracking number.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10 pm. (CET) are handled during that day and will be deliverd the next business day in Belgium and within two business days in The Netherlands & Luxembourg.
Orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, are handled on the first business day after. The estimated delivery time is based once an order leaves our warehouse.ARTUUR offers free shipping in Belgium. Orders are shipped from Belgium. ARTUUR does not control any duties/taxes that may occur to the package. The customer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country (outside Europe) so please contact the local customs office for further information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

For orders placed on our official ARTUUR webshop, returns can be processed within 8 days of receiving the order. Please contact customer service or return the item to

Returns are at the expense of the customer. We highly recommend providing tracking number on your parcel so that you may accurately locate your return. Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service department. In the unlikely event that a product is received faulty or with production failure, a replacement will be given. ARTUUR will reimburse you on receipt of a postage receipt for the return shipping cost upon assessment and will also pay the shipping costs for the replacement item.

The following won’t be accepted upon return:
– all wear and tear
– broken crystal
– scratches on case or crystal
– dirty or worn straps
– battery end of life
– damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, swimming, showering, accidents or normal wear and tear

ARTUUR WATCHES ARE WATER-RESISTANT, NOT WATERPROOF!
