ART.1: PRICES
All prices are displayed in EUR. (Free shipping on all orders) ARTUUR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and products are subject to availability including after an order was placed. Orders shipped to outside of Belgium are responsible for paying additional charges for customs, duty, and taxes.
ART.2: PAYMENT TYPES
We accept VISA, PAYPAL & MasterCard. If you pay with a card, you will have to enter the card number, expiry date and CVC code. We use a security standard. After the transaction is completed, we no longer keep track of card numbers. Payments are processed through Mollie’s secure system. Online payment is done via a closed security system, with which your bank details are always encrypted when sending over the internet. This minimizes the possibility of loss or theft of your identity or credit card information. With this we believe that all possible and relevant precautions have been taken. ARTUUR acts as a normal, forward-looking and careful online intermediary. Possible identity theft or financial theft can therefore not be invoked against ARTUUR.
ART.3: RIGHT OF RETURN & EXCHANGE
For orders placed on our official ARTUUR webshop, returns can be processed within 8 days of receiving the order. Please contact customer service or return the item to

Returns are at the expense of the customer. We highly recommend providing tracking number on your parcel so that you may accurately locate your return. Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service department. In the unlikely event that a product is received faulty or with production failure, a replacement will be given. ARTUUR will reimburse you on receipt of a postage receipt for the return shipping cost upon assessment and will also pay the shipping costs for the replacement item.
The following won’t be accepted upon return:
– all wear and tear
– broken crystal
– scratches on case or crystal
– dirty or worn straps
– battery end of life
– damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, swimming, showering, accidents or normal wear and tear
ARTUUR WATCHES ARE WATER-RESISTANT, NOT WATERPROOF!

Gift cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
ART.4: WARRANTY CLAIMS
All ARTUUR products have a 1year warranty. The warranty covers production faults but does not include wear and tear.

ART.5: SHIPPING
All packages contain a tracking number. Once the shipment has left our warehouse you will be provided with the tracking number.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10 pm (CET) are handled during that day and will be deliverd the next business day in Belgium and within two business days in The Netherlands & Luxembourg.
Orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, are handled on the first business day after. The estimated delivery time is based once an order leaves our warehouse.ARTUUR offers free shipping in Belgium. Orders are shipped from Belgium. ARTUUR does not control any duties/taxes that may occur to the package. The customer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country (outside Europe) so please contact the local customs office for further information.
ART.6: AVAILIBILITY
Our products are limited to stock availability. When a product is not available, it can take up to 4 weeks to restock this product.

ARTUUR handles your personal information in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Belgian Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data for the purposes of handling purchase orders and customer administration. All the texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the website are reserved for the title of the royalty and intellectual document of title worldwide. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Intellectual Property, only a private use is allowed unless special dispositions are previously made, following the code of the intellectual property. Any other use is constitutive of counterfeit and sanctioned with the Intellectual document of title except preliminary authorization of ARTUUR.
